Ramadan Begins; President Sends Greetings
The Muslim holy month of Ramadan began in most countries, including the United States, yesterday (May 6). As reported by the Khaleej Times, one country (Mali) began Ramadan on May 5, and ten countries began the holy month today (May 7).
