8th Circuit Hears Oral Arguments In Challenge To State Anti-BDS Law
Yesterday the U.S. 8th Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments (audio of full oral arguments) in Arkansas Times LP vs. Waldrip. In the case, an Arkansas federal district court dismissed a challenge to an Arkansas law which requires companies doing business with the state to certify that they are not boycotting Israel.
