1st Amendment Scholar Prof. Steven Gey Dies

Florida State University College of Law reports that First Amendment scholar, Prof. Steven Gey, died yesterday after a valiant struggle with ALS. (See prior posting.) Gey authored a casebook on Religion and State as well as numerous articles on First Amendment speech and religion issues. (Vita; bibliography; SSRN articles.)
