Cert.Filed In German Home Schooling Asylum Case

Yesterday the Home School Legal Defense Association announced that it had filed a petition for certiorari with the U.S Supreme Court in Romeike v. Holder.  In the case, the 6th Circuit  denied asylum to a German family that claimed persecution because of Germany's ban on home schooling which the family favored largely for religious reasons..
