Utah state trial court judge Keith Kelly on Tuesday ordered Warren Jeffs (who is now in prison) and the polygamous FLDS church that he heads to pay $4 million in compensatory damages and $12 million in punitive damages to Elissa Wall who, at age 14, was pressured to marry her 19 yer old cousin.
