2nd Circuit Hears Oral Arguments In Vermont School Voucher Case

On Tuesday, the U.S. 2nd Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments (audio of full arguments) in A.M. v. French. In the case,  a Vermont federal district court refused to order the state to allow a student enrolled in a Catholic high school to participate in the Dual Enrollment Program that pays for high schoolers to take college courses.
