On Tuesday, the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments (audio of full arguments) in Tucker v. Faith Bible Chapel International. In the case, a Colorado federal district court refused to dismiss on the pleadings a ministerial exception case. At issue is whether a science teacher and chaplain/ director of student life at Faith Christian Academy is a "minister" for purposes of the exception.
