Yesterday, the U.S. 11th Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments (audio of full arguments) in Rojas v. City of Ocala, Florida. In the case, , a Florida federal district court held that the City of Ocala, Florida and its police chief violated the Establishment Clause when they organized and promoted a prayer vigil in response to a shooting spree plaguing the city.
