Cannabis Advocate Will Be First To Test Indiana's RFRA

Indiana's controversial Religious Freedom Restoration Act goes into effect on July 1.  Bill Levin, a life-long advocate of legalizing marijuana, says he will be the first to test the law by holding the initial service of his newly created First Church of Cannabis that day.  WTHR News reported yesterday that Levin is looking for space to rent for holding the service, which he expects will attract 1000 people.
