Cannabis Advocate Will Be First To Test Indiana's RFRA
Indiana's controversial Religious Freedom Restoration Act goes into effect on July 1. Bill Levin, a life-long advocate of legalizing marijuana, says he will be the first to test the law by holding the initial service of his newly created First Church of Cannabis that day.
