3rd Circuit Hears Oral Arguments In Ten Commandments Case

The U.S. 3rd Circuit Court of Appeals heard oral arguments yesterday (audio of full arguments) in  Freedom From Religion Foundation, Inc. v. New Kensington-Arnold School District, a challenge to a Ten Commandments monument on the lawn of a Pennsylvania high school.  In the case, the federal district court held that plaintiffs lacked standing to challenge the monument because they had not been injured by its presence.
