Amicus Briefs In Bladensburg Cross Cert Petitions Now Available

Links (via SCOTUS blog) are now available to the numerous amicus briefs (as well as briefs of the parties) in the certiorari petition in Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission v. American Humanist Association.  In the case, the 4th Circuit, in a 2-1 decision, held that the 40-foot high Bladensburg Cross that has stood for over 90 years as a World War I Veterans' Memorial, violates the Establishment Clause.
