The U.S. 7th Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday heard oral arguments in Woodring v. Jackson County, Indiana. (Audio of full oral arguments.) In the case, an Indiana federal district court refused to dismiss an Establishment Clause challenge to a nativity scene that is placed on the Jackson County courthouse lawn each December.
