Baseball Team Scout Sues For Religious Exemption From Team's COVID Vaccine Mandate

Yesterday suit was filed in a D.C. federal district court by a scout for the Washington Nationals baseball team who was denied an accommodation for his religious objections to the baseball club's COVID vaccine mandate. The complaint (full text) in Gallo v. Washington Nationals Baseball Club, LLC, (D DC, filed 4/20/2022), claims discrimination on the basis of religion and disability.
