8th Circuit Oral Arguments In Wedding Videographers' Refusal To Serve Same-Sex Couples
The U.S. 8th Circuit Court of Appeals on Monday heard oral arguments (audio of full oral arguments) in Telescope Media Group v. Lindsey. In the case, a Minnesota federal district court rejected a challenge to a provision of the Minnesota Human Rights Act that requires plaintiffs, owners of a videography business that plans to offer wedding videos, to serve same-sex couples.
