A petition for certiorari (full text) was filed today with the U.S. Supreme Court in 303 Creative LLC v. Elenis, (Sup. Ct., filed 9/24/2021). In the case, the U.S. 10th Circuit Court of Appeals upheld the application of Colorado's Anti-Discrimination Act to a wedding website design company whose owner for Christian religious reasons refuses to create websites that celebrate same-sex marriages.
