The U.S. 1st Circuit Court of Appeals yesterday heard oral arguments (audio of full arguments) in Harris v. University of Massachusetts, Lowell. In the case, a Massachusetts federal district court rejected a student's objections to the manner in which her request for a religious exemption from the school's COVID-19 vaccine requirement was handled.
