Supreme Court Vacates and Remands Arlene's Flowers Case
The U.S. Supreme Court today in Arlene's Flowers, Inc. v. Washington, (Docket No. 17-108, vacated 6/25/2018), (Order List), granted certiorari, vacated the judgment below and remanded the case to the Washington Supreme Court in light of Masterpiece Cakeshop, Ltd. v. Colorado Civil Rights Comm'n.
